Every visit includes

  • All workstations — desks, monitors, keyboards (light), surfaces dusted
  • All conference rooms — tables, chairs, AV equipment surfaces, whiteboards (or dry-erase if requested)
  • Restrooms — full sanitation: toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, restock supplies
  • Kitchens / break rooms — counters, sink, microwave, fridge exterior, floors, dishwasher loaded if requested
  • Reception and lobby — high-touch surfaces, glass, floors
  • All trash collected and replaced
  • Floors — vacuumed (carpet), mopped (hard surfaces)
  • Glass doors and partition glass
  • Light fixtures and air vents (rotation, not every visit)
  • Restock paper, soap, sanitizer (we manage inventory or you do)

Same cleaner or 2-person team arrives during your off-hours. Usually weeknights between 6 PM and midnight, or early mornings before staff arrive.

Do you have insurance and bonded staff for commercial work?

Yes — fully insured and bonded. We can provide certificates of insurance for your records. All staff are background-checked before they ever access your space.

Can you clean medical or dental practices?

Yes — we follow appropriate protocols for healthcare environments (sanitation, OSHA-aware, careful around equipment). We do NOT handle biohazard cleanup or sterile-room work — for those, you need a specialized medical cleaner.

How do you handle keys / access?

Whatever works for you — physical keys, fobs, codes, lockboxes. We document the handoff and only the assigned cleaner has access.

Can we customize what gets cleaned and how often?

Yes — every Jemstone commercial contract is custom. Some clients want everything daily; others want desks dusted weekly but restrooms daily. We build the scope around your needs and your budget.

Do you do one-time office cleans or just contracts?

Both. One-time cleans (like office moves, post-event, year-end) are welcome. Most clients start with one-time and convert to recurring once they see the work.
