Every visit includes

  • Everything in deep clean PLUS:
  • All cabinets and drawers — inside and out, fully emptied and wiped
  • All appliances — inside the refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher (filter cleaned)
  • Inside closets (shelves wiped, floors swept)
  • Window blinds dusted and wiped (slat by slat where needed)
  • All light fixtures and ceiling fans cleaned
  • Inside drawers and storage areas
  • Walls spot-cleaned for marks, scuffs, fingerprints (full wall washing on request)
  • Door tops, top of fridge, top of cabinets — the spots inspectors check first
  • Garage swept and cobwebbed (if part of the unit)
  • Final walkthrough with you (or photos if you've already moved)

Questions clients ask.

Will my landlord actually accept this?

Yes — we've never had a Jemstone move-out clean rejected. We send a detailed completion checklist (with photos) you can forward to your landlord, which usually shuts down disputes before they start.

Should I clean before you arrive?

No need. Just remove everything that's leaving with you. We handle all the cleaning.

Can you clean if my stuff is still mostly there?

We can, but it's much less efficient (and more expensive) than cleaning an empty unit. If possible, schedule us the day after your last moving truck leaves.

Do you do walls?

Spot-cleaning marks, scuffs, and fingerprints is included. Full wall washing (every wall in every room with a bucket and sponge) is a separate add-on we'll quote if you need it.

How fast can you get there for a last-minute move-out?

If we have a slot, sometimes same-day or next-day. The faster you book, the better — most NEPA renters move on weekends and we fill up Friday-Sunday quickly.
